On another, debatable more useful note, perhaps you could add a unicorn spell next update to the conjuration school of magic:
"Blinding Light"
a spell that blasts a cone of light, like dragon fire but instant, at a group of targets. Any target caught in the blast is either blinded for a short while (Depending on the skill level, the length of blindness could be longer), made dizzy for a short while (again dependent on skill level, this would be the most common result of novices), or be completely unaffected. Against the Taken, this spell would act like a torch, potentially destroying weaker taken, and weakening the stronger taken. Perhaps those that spend many years practicing this spell could master it. Those that master it might even be able to destroy the strongest of taken. Of course friendly fire is an issue, which is why i also suggest tinted visors to be added as well. Basically they are sunglasses. None of the advantages of a helmet, but completely negates the blinding and dizziness inducing effects of blinding light. The could be made at a glassmaker furnace with 1 glass, and maybe 1 bar of ash for tinting, though any dye might also be preferable. Just about every civ should be able to make and use these, excluding the Taken (assuming they count as a civ). With these two things, it becomes very preferable to bring at least 1 skilled unicorn in every squad used to fight off the Taken.
