Prequel

I thought this needed a thread! It's everyone favorite MSPAforum spinoff, PREQUEL! Follow the story of our brave heroine, Katia, as she tries to not screw everything up yet again! Expect adventures, tragedy, robbery, sex, more tragedy, nightmares, devilish royalty, secrets about Kvatch, and the never ending feeling that everything gained is just going to end in tragedy!

Now for discussion! Is Sigrid evil?

Personally I dont think she is. Even if she is a necromancer, necromancers seem to be pretty good people in this world.

I was completely convinced that she was until the last couple updates, and especially in the last one she won my <3. I'm starting to think she is just extraordinarily ditzy. Little concerned at what kind of deal she has going on with the Completely Normal Human, though.

But the guild hall totally is evil.

Most likely she'll make a futile attempt at getting her stuff back or otherwise pestering Sigrid.

I could see her getting back some of her useless stuff, though, except presumably after being robbed she's not going to be very polite to Sigrid. Unless she mindrapes her again, that is, but I doubt she'd use more precious, precious bug musk on that and we have no particular reason to think Sigrid's just that awesome on her own.

So, yeah. Flailing at the gates followed by whatever bizarre scheme the community comes up with.

I've never laughed out loud at a webcomic until I read "That bitch took all your stuff!" Prequel is awesome... can someone link to the forums where you can input commands?

I don't think she will want to, though. She left on good terms with a good impression, after all!

She thinks so highly of Sigrid, that the only person she can blame for losing her stuff is... herself. Sigrid is so wonderul and nice, and SHE didn't do anything wrong, after all! She just asked a polite question. KATIA was the one who screwed up.

At least from her perspective.

I hope we get out of the sad hole we're currently in soon. The author of this does a pretty good job of both making me very hopeful and very depressed and I like hopeful better. Awesome webcomic, I really care about the characters.
