Wiki updating WRT clothing and animal training changes.

  • The starting build and beginner checklist/flowchart pages don't mention the importance of clothing
  • Pages like the kennel page and giant eagle page refer to the old training methods

I'm sure that there are more references to updated features hidden throughout the wiki.
