Process plants turning sweet pods into dwarven syrup?
« on: July 23, 2007, 11:55:00 pm »

As the subject line says,

In my current fortress I'm currently issuing manager commands - "Process Plants"

My dwarves are using this command to turn sweet pods into syrup

I thought this required "Process Plants - Barrel"?

I'd rather get rum than syrup ;D

You use a still to make rum with unprocessed Sweet Pods, and a Farmer's Workshop to make syrup out of S.Pods.

No, I understand that you brew sweet pods to get rum.

What I don't understand is why the generic process plants order is turning sweet pods into rum, when I thought that required the specific process plants to barrel order

http://www.dwarffortresswiki.net/index.php/Farmer%27s_Workshop

maybe its a bug with the manager?  if you look at the workshop, what job is being performed there?
