I'm currently holding your bog standard iron sword in one hand, for things that can't be killed by the other:

Most recently I wielded two shields, a copper spear and a prepared giant tick brain. Surprisingly despite being squishy it managed a few kills.

Crossbow and short sword; I don't like being too much cliched.

No shield because I like to grapple the throat and stabbing the guts.
(to tell it all, I have a shield to protect from bolts until I'm up close, then I throw the shield at the nearest)

Another rap about a child in a hamlet that I continually kept asking for quests from over the course of 2 months that killed me when I punched him

The next time he came in he wielded it like a machete
You could tell by the way that he swung that he had practiced
Shadow stabbing in his mirror for the past six weeks
His confidence level had peaked
The first slice to the dick then he stabbed him in the cheek
And he didn't stop stabbing even when he stopped screaming
Still stabbing and sticking even when he stopped breathing
His mom ran in and she screamed in horror
As she slipped and she fell on the blood-covered floor

I need to take a break from this game....

Either an iron great axe or an iron long sword. Great axes are epic at chopping off limbs, but the long sword stab attack is good against creatures that prove resistant to slashing parts off in an arc.

One time I hunted down a vampire's son, sliced off his head, then threw the head at the vampire, then went off to kill his wife.

Morbid, but hey, I was successful.

The signature weapon of Rabin Bitestabbed the Portentous Contingency of Snarling (what a title..) is a finely crafted copper carving fork. I guess I should get a knife and really start the buffet.

This is the kind of thing that made me want to play this game.
