When you change the population limit...
« on: May 12, 2012, 01:58:12 am »

I don't like large fortresses, and I usually die from lack of booze at 80 or 90. So this time around, I set my population cap to 50 in the d-init file. Aren't I forgetting something?

Fast forward to three years in.

Hm, these tasks seem to be taking a while to get done. <Checks status page>

58 dwarves, of which 26 are children.

Fail.

Jam a door with its corpse and let all the goblins in. Hey, nobody said it had to be a weapon against your enemies.
