The wall where the door used to exist is completely smooth, flawless even. There's no indication that there was or is a room behind it at all. Examining the end of the hall from this end reveals nothing out of sorts, just yet another blank wall. You can still hear some sort of dripping noise in the distance...

One of the Fluorescents seems a little off compared to the others...yes, that's right...it seems to have a little flicker whereas the others are steadfast. Suddenly you get a rush of confusing images; people yelling, screaming, blurs of orange, gunfire...and you feel yourself slip away just a little bit. It seems that that light flickering, that one imperfect thing in this seemingly flawless place triggered the flashback.
