A vocal minority dislikes ponies fairly strongly. Visual minority flaunts their ponyness quite vividly. Add the two together and you get occasional derails and thread locks. Still, I've been let to believe that we're quite tame about it in the grand scheme of things.

Of all the places I visit, this is actually the most silly concerning pony drama. Which is weird since this place is very mature about pretty much every other topic.

Oh well. (also I know I don't visit everywhere so the chance of some other places being far more explosive than here is quite high)

First thread closure I wasn't around for but iirc it was due to linking NSFW stuff.
Second was... I forget, actually.
Third was discussing a fanfiction repository tagging system. Said repository would hold every type of fanfiction, so there was discussion on tags for the less wholesome stuff. That got it closed.

After that Toady got sick of it and banned dedicated threads. As the mod threads, RP threads, and game threads are testament to, ponies themselves aren't banned though.

I'm bored so Ill do an on topic post (And so people can stop being confused about me being rather tallish by some standards. I'm not short dammit!)


I'm 6'1" 185 lbs, fairly athletic but really pale. I'm also covered in scars, why so serious? I tend to dress light, usually shorts and a loose button up shirt. I hate shoes or socks, since I find them really uncomfortable and shoes and socks make me less able to walk correctly. I need contact with the floor to keep my balance.

I can sometimes have a bad temper and I can be moody in general. But I'm easy to cheer up as I am to piss off. And for the most part I'm a happy person. I'm also absurdly lazy, and tend to just space out if I get too relaxed. I also drink constantly and am a chain smoker of cigars.

I like Touhou to an extent, but my interest in it is fading lately. On the more recent things currently I'm rather obsessed about the Manga Kill me Baby (And it's characters, Sonya is <3), getting back into Oblivion, and playing LCS. My interests tend to change wildly over time though. I also have been considering returning to DF, but I'd need to mod it rather heavily first since I have a neverending hatred for dwarves.
