Regardless, I like the look of it so far, I would love to throw some cash at it. In the future that is. Regardless looks nice but will the game be that far 'zoomed' out all the time? It feels very TINY when you look at it from the Kickstarter Vid...

Nevyn, check out the 1080p version here.

The reason it looks so 'zoomed' out is because I was running the game in 192x108 tiles (i.e. 1920x1080 resolution) on fullscreen, mostly because it looks really nice once you convert it to HD video. Running the game in smaller dimensions and fullscreening it results in larger tiles and a less 'zoomed in' view, but a lot of the appearance of the Kickstarter video is simply due to the fact that they squash their videos down a lot in post-processing. It was intended to be viewed in HD and I wasn't aware that Kickstarter would do that.

There's one on the development blog already (link in my sig), though it's a bit dated at this point. I'm putting together the building engine now, and it should be finished soon enough for me to release a version as an update for the Kickstarter. But if you're just looking for proof of the fact that I am actually coding this thing, yes, there is a (like I said, out-of-date) version on the devblog.

Good, I'm always a bit iffy when it comes to kickstarters. Since there's evidence you are working on the project however, I'd be happy to shoot some money your way
