Yeah HH try to eavesdrop on some nuthatches.

http://www.sacred-texts.com/neu/poe/poe24.htm

Quote
Sigurth took Fafnir's heart and cooked it on a spit. When he thought that it was fully cooked, and the blood foamed out of the heart, then he tried it with his finger to see whether it was fully cooked. He burned his finger, and put it in his mouth. But when Fafnir's heart's-blood came on his tongue, he understood the speech of birds. He heard nut-hatches chattering in the thickets. A nut hatch said:

32. "There sits Sigurth, | sprinkled with blood,
And Fafnir's heart | with fire he cooks;
Wise were the breaker | of rings, I ween,
To eat the life-muscles | all so bright."

This thread seems to have gone to the halfway point between ADV. Mode and the RAWs. I'm interested in the duckifier. :P

Good thing I kept the heart(s) as well then!

I haven't been able to understand any buzzards or ravens so far. Maybe I need to slay another dragon? Maybe it's only the Viking dragons that have animal-comprehension-oglobin in their blood?

I always keep souvenirs, like the heads of bears, the hearts of lions, the sweetbreads of giant tigers... And of course the Masterwork Bronze statues of ladybugs!

I take skulls of everything I kill.

That.

I also have a bad habit of trying to solo everything because I've learned numbers on your side means the enemy will typically have twice what you have if you're assigned to kill them.

I almost exclusively solo everything ! companions either do stupid things in battle or oneshot a dragon taking the credit for what was supposed to be MY kill.

My bad habit is in mod's with genitalia I always try to sneak up on a sleeping monarch, use an axe to remove his phallus and make a run for the next civ to rinse and repeat.

At one point my guy had the junk of an orc emperor, a human king and the left boob of a human queen ( I'm a sick person I know )

I killed several of them and it hasn't made a difference, I will try killing more to see if that fixes the problem

I always fight stuff that attacks me while traveling. I never run away. This usually leads to my death.

Eat the heart of notable kills if butcherable. Always drink their blood.

And butcher EVERYTHING. Cant let a good corpse go to waste.

Ah yes, nothing like a good ol' threat of sweetbread extraction to start an adventure!

Recently I've been breaking into tombs and stealing any masterful craft not nailed down. I don't use most of them, just horde them in a masterfully crafted silk bag...
