Hey can you throw a option for controlling what Tileset is used? Maybe a dropdown list that auto populates with the filenames in the /art foulder.

And maybe something for color schemes like Vherid and the maker of Jolly Bastion have.
I would do this, but I have absolutly no idea how to do so.....

The colour schemes would be easy enough, but I'm not sure how the structuring works with tilesets, I don't use them personally.
Also, it would mean losing version independance, so I would probably upload it speratly, and in which case it would essentially be a clone of the
LNP, but with a more complete options list (not that I'm against that).

Well in "init.txt"

these are what control title sets

Non-Grapghic version
[FONT:v16sv2.png]
[FULLFONT:v16sv2.png]

Grapics enabled
[GRAPHICS_FONT:curses_square_16x16.png]
[GRAPHICS_FULLFONT:curses_square_16x16.png]

and the mentioned graphgics are found in:
"CD/data/art/"

Since the init.txt settings are the entire "filename.ext" you can just plop it right in. But a generated Listbox of everyfile with .bmp or .png in the art fould would be nice

Just as an update, I am intending to do some more work on this (hopefully graphics/tilesets), I just haven't had chance to recently. Still not entirly sure how to go about doing it, but I'm sure I'll figgure it out. Dosen't really help that I myself don't use tilesets and so have no expiriance in how one goes about installing one.

1.02 Now actually dose support older versions properly
(options not found in the init files are disabled in the interface)

Still haven't got round to doing anything with tilesets/colour schemes, sorry about that.

1.03 Now actually, actually dose support older versions properly, and fixed some other errors.

Can't believe it took me that long to notice some of these glaringly obvious errors.

Update  V1.10

I've added the functionality to run programs when launching DF, this has many possibilities, such as in the example where it will run the just_embark utility. Sadly this dosen't seem to work with Dwarf Therapist for some reason, if anyone could offer any advice on this, it would be appreciated.

Unfortunately this project is now abandoned due to loss of the source code.
I may start again from scratch sometime if I find time.

Also note, the process priority button appears to be broken and just deletes the init file, so don't press it.

Now that the Lazy Newb Pack is open source, I have integrated the ability to launch programs on launch into a build of it, it can be found here http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=59026.0

Since I assume this is obsolete given the development of LNP v16.x, could you stick a LNP-pointing link into the first post here, and the DFFD page?  It took me quite a while to work out whether this was worth adding to the pack I maintain...

Also:  the link above points to the front of the LNP thread, which is still handing out v15.

Done.
I've put in a link to your up-to-date version of the LNP, at least until LucasUp updates the official version.

Awesome - its getting updated again tonight with the biggest expansion yet.  And a sincere thanks for the work of actual devs, like you.  I just aggregate stuff.
