Massive bump, but I was hoping I could request a longer* piece of script, without any swearing or sexual content, but that involves some quiet parts and some yelling.

*range of 100 - 250 words, and perhaps more than one character (but both male, I don't think I'm up to doing convincing female voices)

Sometime in the next few weeks I'll have a good recording area again, I could probably spend 20 minutes or so speaking quietly and yelling 200 words. To be clear, are you asking for someone else to vocalize words that you are writing? Because I can do that.

Em... No. I was asking for a piece of writing with which to stretch my own vocal chords.

Okay, well, that there is why I asked for clarification.  :P And Fniff's response makes a whole lot more sense.

Speaking of, is that of reasonable length, Hubris?

Yeah, I guess... But I was hoping for more yelling.

Sorry, it was the only thing I could find that had yelling in it that I wanted to put into voice form.

So it seems I accidentally put my canteen in my wheelbarrow and didn't notice... and then I got really thirsty... so right before going to sleep I go to take a swig from my canteen and... end up snorting a line of low-grade meth.

You know, i'm having a lot of fun playing with audacity, making off color bowser dialog in the "F#$K you Mario" look and feel.   I have a pretty good formula for turning my "Krusty the Clown" voice into a reasonable Bowser voice (that's more in line with the voiced bits from the DS games).

So far I have a "Go find a pipe and get stuffed!" epithet, and a "Get lost; Peach is with ME!" one liner.

i'm contemplating a REALLY off color section of dialog, where he describes peach wearing the "Sexy mushroom lingerie" he got her, while "laying on the silk sheets he stole from the king of the desert kingdom", and how tomorrow he's going to take her shoe shopping (at the boutique), followed by a slam dunk about how he knows how to treat a woman of refinement like her, and that the best Mario can do is plunge her toilet-- (and if what peach says is even half true, Bowser does at better job at that too),  but I think that may be overdoing it. Given that Mario and Luigi speak italian accented gibberish in the DS games, I think a "You Italian Idiot! SPEAK ENGLISH!" might be more PC, and apropos.

Regardless, making bowser dialog for no real reason is simply funny as hell!
LOL!

I AM saving the files, just not uploading them unless somebody asks.

Will do high-pitched goblin/gremlin/??? (though not accented) or gravelly, voiceless demonic voices for free.

I wanted to do that today, but I'll have to get to that much later tonight or tomorrow. Do you want the gremlin to sound like any other sound source? Any other requests?

Only that the intonation be slightly rising. Basically, something like this http://youtu.be/ZW2vEMsPJeU?t=4m49s
