I would install beer sprinklers overhead that constantly trickled cool beer down on them. The sprinklers would have cold beer, because I would be constantly producing it, and constantly storing it below ground where it's much cooler.

As for a game, Arma 2 Combined Ops would be cool.

I'd embark somewhere that freezes, possibly a glacier. Pump magma to the surface and make an ice generator. Dump all the ice down a chute to just above the magma sea. Then, hollow out a cavern around a candy spire. Build ice fortress suspended above the magma sea supported by bluemetal spires, with all furniture made of silver or nethercap. Goblin prisoners get stripped of armor and tossed into the sauna under the dining hall. Nothing says luxury like the sweet aroma of boiled goblins. And cats.

I would mod in a dwarven civ that lives only in frigid/freezing biomes and is friendly to normal dwarves. When they come by to trade, forts would be able to buy ice blocks and stones from the caravan. Store them mixed in with a booze stockpile for chilled drinks.
(I am not entirely sure if any of this is possible, but it's what I'd do )

As for a game...I have no idea. Can I get back to you on that? Decided that on the off-chance I win, I would like Ys Origin on Steam. I've never played a Ys game before, but it looks fun.

Yup, it works too, but it's a bit messy as cool bears, despite being cool retain their bear properties, which mainly come down to tearing apart and munching on dwarves.

Change the raws and set magma temperature to absolute zero. Then put it under the glass floor in the dining hall, the entrance and the noble quarters.

Because really, keeping your dwarves happy, fortress safe and having a healthy amount of unfortunate accidents all at once, and using magma in it? This could be more dwarfy only if I would add an alcoholic beverage made of magma, but that would be too cool for this game.

Anyway, I keep my dwarves cool with a healthy mist generator. Of course, mist is only released when I use a waterfall to crush my sieges.

I'd like spec ops: the line if I win. I've heard its worth playing.

In each habitat section there would be a cenral hub of coolness, where ice cubes would be brought to be smelted by fire, so that cool water would run to each and every living room equipped with a well.

I'd keep my Dwarves cool in a few ways: embark by the sea, build lots chairs on the beach, make hundreds of windmills for a breeze and assign only loincloths to my military.

Won last time I tried, so I guess it's worth another shot!

I build up high in the mountains, so I would order them to gather up in the Fun Room, order one to Pull The Lever™, and then they would all fall into this pit full of 1/7 water, save for a tile that descends into the depths. They fall in there, find themselves floundering in a sudden underground river current because that's actually where it goes, and it pushes them along off a waterfall into the lake outside the fortress, where they can then climb out. Fun times for everyone!

If I win, I'll take a copy of Minecraft, thanks.
