Nothing will Desensetize you more then the decay of a loved one. Soom you will not care much about anyhting anymore, like the people of these forums, now your just hardened.

I remember a guy mentioning he felt bad originally about commiting acts of !!SCIENCE!! because he felt like Mengele. Then he continued his fascinating discussion of dropping dwarfs from heights, the results. Did you know that dwarves can survive falls from 20 z-levels easily, but 30 make the explode in gore?

I see... well he's got a nice tomb now. One thing led to another and he ended up murdering people. Didn't know ghosts could do physical damage...

ahh yes. Happens if they die berzerking. Sometimes they destroy things. All my ghosts ever do is carry crap around. Thers this one guy that must have been carrying a dimple cup seed for years now.

My ghosts always tear off limbs. It's given me a wonderful appreciation of the value of mass coffin production.
