What does this skill do?  There is no info on the wiki about it.   Can you get advanced levels, does it make sense to have a dedicated healthcare dwarf?  Do advanced skill levels do anything with the skill?

It means the dwarf will bring food or water to injured dwarves.

forget about it, dwarf gets injured make the door to his room locked, he shouldn;t have been there in the first place
