Amazing Discovery!!!
« on: July 14, 2012, 01:29:48 am »

Sometimes, I will randomly do pointless things in DF because I can, but this time, I’m glad I did this time because I have discovered a cool Easter egg hidden within DF!!! If you want to unlock it, just do what I did.

1.) Play Adventure Mode.
2.) Create a human character with any stats.
3.) Head to the closest market and trade all your items for cheese. And I mean ALL of your items!!!
4.) Go into an empty house and drop all of the cheese on the ground. Leave it there.
5.) Walk around (*without using the Travel Screen until your character succumbs to starvation. You are allowed to rest at Towns/Cities/whatever to prevent death by Night Creatures (VERY important!!!).
6.) Play Adventure Mode again.
7.) Go to the spot where you dropped the cheese in the previous game. You will come across a peculiar sight- An injured cat chasing a mouse while a confused human Cook and his pet dog watch.
8.) Hit ‘K’ and move the cursor over them to view their names. **Do those names sound familiar to you?

*Not really sure if you can use the Travel Screen or not, but to be safe, just do what I did, okay?
**HINT- One of them is everybody’s favorite fat orange feline!!!

P.S.- I checked the Raws and I didn’t see anything about this, so I think this feature is hardcoded.

Good luck!!!

Then it happened. Then I cringed. Then I picked it up and beat him to death with it, and then his buddies, too.
You beat a man to death with his dick?

Well, only one way to find out if it's real or not! :P
Somehow I doubt it, but it sounds like an ADVENTURE.

If you've ever really thought about it,when you use the glitch to catch mew it's understood that that the battle data is loaded for it,but then wouldn't that mean that you can actually catch that pokemon in the game?Well, here's how.

The first thing you've got to do is to get the SS.Anne ticket from Bill.Once that's done don't go to the ship but instead keep playing until you get the HMs for Surf and Strength, then teach them to your pokemon and go back to the SS.Anne, once you're on that little bridge that leads to the ship don't enter it but instead use Surf and head upwards. You'll eventually come to a piece of land with a strange truck on it use strength and the truck will flip over and you'll be attacked by a random lvl.Mew.It won't look like Mew at first(it will take the form of any other pokemon) but once you catch it will change into a Mew.You can do this in Fire Red/Leaf Green but you won't get Mew you'll get a Lava Cookie.

P.S-You have to trade a pokemon that knows cut from your Silver/Crystal/Gold.

There are more easter eggs!

1) start a new character, make sure the character has teeth
2) get punched in the teeth.
3) pick up all your teeth and place them in your mouth.

Done! Not only do you have a mouthfull of teeth, but the game enabled high-quality 3D Crysis-level graphics so you can view your achievement in all its teeth-mouth-full-of glory.

I've actually gotten Mew in the red version without a gameshark, but the process is too complicated to explain. It involves not battling certain trainers. That's all I can remember. What surprised me is that it actually worked!!!

I've actually gotten Mew with a different technique. I'm calling bullshit on this.
