LCS Bug(?), need help fixing

Well I've come across what I believe to be a bug. When I talk to someone about a topic and they say they will come by later tonight, they don't. They are instantly recruited into my squad.

Does anyone know if this is a bug, and if I can fix it. Is there a way to delete people from my group?

Answered this in the other thread, but will leave a note here for posterity as well.

This could be a bug, but it's also the correct behavior in older versions of the game. It's possible you have an older copy of the game. The download link on the Bay12Games LCS web page hasn't been updated since 2004. For later versions, see a stickied post in this thread.
