You ignore the hatchling's protests, and holding xem in one clawed forepaw, you make your way back over to the edge of the cliff and again ready yourself for flight.

You leap into the air and take flight, holding the little one close to your breast as you angle towards the north-east and head for the town.  Below on the road you see some travelers, they appear to be pointing up at you and talking amongst themselves.
