More like not finished.

It seems more like a game that was in EA for a very long time and decided it started to look bad...so they pushed "full release" to reinvigorate sales and interest.

Yeah I don’t own it but the big campaign release on the 3rd with a released tag seems weirdly optimistic

I backed relatively early in its existence. It's been interesting watching the design decisions and changes over its life. I definitely feel like it's a worse product now than it was in its earliest stages.

agree. just tested it out for a spin. early concept was nice, but:

the campaign is just the missions but you carry over your credits. the budget is not yours, it's the client's. being efficient seems to bear no profit.

the ship builder is quite annoying as well. what do you mean I've to place each section of the corridor what is this 199x?

there's a map of missing services. ship was missing air. no piece seems related to air. do I have to research stuff in the campaign before designing the first ship? who knows, game drops you on the campaign map with no info at all.

I've two ship. one is a miner. what to mine isn't obvious tho.

this is honestly still at early prototype stage. also, for a turn based game, the campaign view uses a shitton of cpu.
