Will i be able to do this when the game is finished.

I just want to know will i be able to do all of this when the game is finished.

I want to be able to build a house and dig a basement as a house i cook food in. (building is in one of the arcs not sure which one)

I want to be able to start a family and have kids that can grow up.

You can equip them and such and they can be given instructions.

I also want to be able to make a farm that i occasionally go and sell goods at the market with the goods.


Thats all i want to do in adventure mode, work a farm with a family. We might get goblin trouble and we drive them back or a werewolf going around the house at night?

Do you guys see anything in this that may never happen?

That is not what Adventure mode is about, it is about adventure!
Plus, building is for Dwarf Fortress mode.
Find another game for your needs, probobly sims.

From what I've read, that's all planned, except for the having kids part.

Your score would be pretty low if you don't collect any !!FUN!! however. :)

Seriously, no need for that. He's just being honest; Adventure Mode is more about the adventuring, not the daily life of characters. However, as much of a simulator as it will be years from now, you might be able to sort of do that? But I agree; you'd have better luck finding that kinda game outside the future of DF.

Well, Id certainly like to be able to mine and such in adventure mode...how else am i supposed to invade the circus?



and for that matter, make the elf village collapse in on itsself.
