Xeron:
Hello Bay 12 i've decided to post this here since i really need help.
My first problem is that i cannot approach any female ,i have self respect and esteem problems ,and i feel terrible about anything.I am a person that has a lot of bottled hate and anger and i explode periodically ,thankfully enough i can do that on the internet without hurting anyone.
My second problem is getting a video editing program for my crappy PC.512 MB of RAM ,a old AMD Seprom +3000 CPU ,a relatively good GPU though ,ATI X1550.I'm running Windows XP.
My third problem being i weigh 94 Kilograms and i'm just 16 years old.I have popped blood vessels and i was born with a heart problem that evolved.I am not allowed any kind of physical effort yet i have to lose weight.

1) You might want to consider checking out this thread or this one for some tips on relationships in general and self esteem. As for the anger and hate, the things that people have told me (some of my best friends have had rage problems before) is simply taking 10-15 minutes every day and meditating. While it might sound "new age-y", both of my friends who have successfully solved their anger issues have said that this worked the best for them. Also a note here, but there have been many psychological studies that have shown that while venting your anger on something (a punching bag for example) can help to decrease your anger int eh short term, it actually trains your body that the anger is ok in the long term. Therefore the more anger you can calm into submission (through meditation or other relaxing means) as opposed to venting as rage, the better off you will be in the long run.

2)No clue, sorry. Being a mac person I do all of my editing with their stuff, so you'll need to ask somebody else who knows more about windows video editing.

3)Exactly what's the limit on what you aren't allowed to do? If you are allowed to go out on a walk then a 20-30 minute walk every day can work to help you stay in shape immensely, though it doesn't work as well as more strenuous activity. Basically the more strenuous an activity the less of it you need to do to help you lose weight, but you can get by with smaller activities for longer periods of time. It's the reason why people who fidget are usually skinnier then other people. They might sit around all day without actually exercising any more then tapping their toes and fingers, but since they do it all day they can still burn immense amounts of calories.

The other thing you can do is eat healthily. Eating meals without any snacks in between is the first step, since your body holds a much larger percentage of weight in fat from food if you eat it at odd times as opposed to in 2-3 large clumps, even if the amount of Calories is the same. Eat salads and other low Calories foods as well. For example the average generic brand potato chip has about 8 Calories in it. A cup of shredded iceberg lettuce is 8 calories. That means that for every potato chip that you eat you could alternatively eat a whole cup of lettuce. There are a bunch of foods out there that have very low volume to Calorie ratios, allowing you to be full yet still eat less, such as celery. While you would still need to watch out that you get all of your dietary requirements, adding more of these low Calorie foods in place of high Calorie ones (such as potato chips) and you can still eat just as much as before but lose weight. Also skip dessert whenever possible. Sure it might seem hard for us 21st century people, but remember that back in the older times they would sometimes go months without sweet desserts, so I'm sure that you can persevere through this.

Lastly don't expect that anything you do can result in miracle "I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks" happenings. It takes quite a while for your body to adjust it's new "default" weight, and if you lose weight too fast your body will go into "starvation mode", making it almost impossible to keep weight off. A good goal is to try to lose only a few kilograms a month. Once you start to get up into the 4-5 kilogram range you start to run the risk of your body not having time to adjust, which will make any more loss difficult to accomplish.

Best of luck to you, and don't be afraid to schedule an appointment with a doctor if you decide you really need help. They are the only ones who can really know all of the various rules and restrictions you should follow to help you live your life in the best of health, and they can recommend something for you to do that works best for you.

Of course i can walk ,i do that whenever i can .I never did expect those miracle things .
By the way thank you for the advice and best of luck to you .

Skyrunner:
512 MBs of RAM should make doing anything pretty impossible. I don't think you can find any program that'll work for your computer, unless it's some sort of legacy program that worked way back then.

You need at the very bare minimum 1 GB or 2 GB to make a video editor function at all, and you want as many gigabytes as you can get your hands on for maximum smoothness. The problem with video editing programs is that they require lots of RAM for buffering and lots of CPU speed for encoding.

Disclaimer: I'm assuming you'll be using the recent programs like Vegas or Premiere.

Xeron:
There actually are a few programs i believe...there's one for Linux which i meet the requirements of.But of course its not ported to Windows :(.
I'd upgrade my PC but i can't afford it.
