He took a rose gold bar and some dog bones.

Dismantled old magma forge and smelters.

I have calmed down a bit, i will no longer hold a grude against these elves.
I believe that my relationship with my wife is more important.
i have heard that she was replaced as hammerer by apkis, i have mixed feelings about this.
First of i like to be able to spend more time with my wife but i feel apkis is a bit to harsh.
yesterday he hit a dwarf straight to the hospital, i am sure he deserved it but stil seems a bit harsh.
also.......

melkor looked up from his journal.
what is that smell he tought to himself, he closed his journal and placed it in his chest.
the awful smel was getting stronger, following his nose he walked to his door, he waited for a moment.
Should i go and check it out? he tought to himself, its probebly nothing but he always wanted to know what happend in the fort.
he stepped through his door and locked it behind him.
He sniffed a few time in the air. definitely comming from this stairs.
Melkor walked up the stairs to see what was going on.

I fixed the magmafall. The problem was magma spilling out onto the floor, so battledigger channeled out the floor and now there is a awesome magmafall in the dining room.

I also started training all the dogs for was. Did you know you need hands to train dogs? i didn't.

Melkor is now the hammerer, and Apiks is still the captain of the guard.

a smal little something i thought i needed to write

as melkor finally made it up the staircase. dwarves where running and shouting in every possible direction,.
there was a smal group of dwarves looking through the door of the dinning hall, their faces where lit up by light that was coming out of the dinnighall.
'its flooding!' yelled a dwarf from with in the dinning hall, as if by command the smal group quickly backed away from the doors,
'flooding" yelled another dwarf at the end of the hallway, as by a chain of dwarf you could hear the command going further through the fort.
confused by the entire scene that was developing before his eye's melkor slowly walked forward towards the dinning hall.
as he stepped to the open doors a awful smell enters his nose and with discust he enters through the doors.

his body freezes by the sight of the horror that lay before him.
the once beautiful dinning hall that 'he' made was a mess. the tables and chairs where thrown in a corner, most of them had either burn marks or where melted beyond repair.
The entire place smelled like burned... everything. there was a dwarf busy shoving magma into a pit in the center of the room by using a obsidian shovel.
melkor slowly walked through the room, the once beautiful engraved walls and floors where pitch black by as,
the engravings closer to the pit where rendered to nothing but molten stone, and then the heat, how can anybody stand to eat in this place. the dwarf that was shoveling the magma noticed melkor.
'Beautiful isn't it said a very happy looking dwarf, it took some time for melkor to finally hear that somebody was talking to him.
'i'm sorry', there was clear confusion in his voice. the magma-fall! said the dwarf cheerful, it needs to be adjusted so it wont flood but after that we will be having a magma-fall in our dinning room.
melkor's mouth fell open, he was absolutely stunned, 'who in dear amok's beard thought this was a good idea and then decided that we should built it.
but melkor's train of thoughts was cut short by a dwarf entering the room and yelling "LEVER PULLED" and then leaving again.
'Ooh this is going to be good' said the other dwarf, stil smiling. he looked at melkor as he took a few steps back, i recommend backing a bit of. melkor gave the dwarf a confusing look 'why should i..
but he was cut of again but, this time not by a dwarf. Above the pit was a hole in the celing and through that ceiling came a river of magma rushing through.

a blaze of heat hits melkor's face forcing him to look away from the magma-fall. his face felt like it was burning, in pure fear he rushes back to the doors, yearning for air, he slams one of the doors shut behind him. 'Are these people crazy' he yells to himself trying to calm down. 'FLOODED' came a cry from behind him, which was carried across the fort. After a few moments the light from the dinninghall diminished. breathing heavenly and sweating anothere dwarf aproces him, 'are you melkor' he askes, 'y-yeah thats me' was all melkor could get out of his mouth. 'good' said the dwarf 'this is for you', he handed melkor a smal stone badge with the word HAMMERER crudely cut out in it. 'you're the hammerer now have fun'. puzzled melkor looked at the small badge, but i am already the bookkeerper that takes a lot from my time and i dont have any idea what i am supposed to do, but as he looked up, the dwarf that gave him to badge ws already gone.

my wife is not going to like this.

any tips or advice on how to improve

I like, especially how your guy was too busy to really know who anyone was, hes just the book keeper trying to get on with his day and then MAGMA
