Description: Jacob is five foot eleven. His hair is vaguely light brown; his eyes mostly grey. His build is unremarkable but he is generally fit.
Bio: Jacob isn't really from a scientific background, he just fell into research after another more high powered job became too much for him to deal with. He's lived and worked in various European countries and is fairly happily married with one small child. This has resulted in his having greatly disrupted sleep for three years. Really, he just goes to work to pay the bills, but a large research institute isn't the worst place to work at, it has to be said, and at least he can commute on his bike. The half hour ride there and back is the best part of an average working day; picking his daughter up from kindergarten is the best part of the rest of the day. Not really mechanically inclined, he nevertheless enjoys maintaining both his bicycles. He also enjoys cooking, reading to his daughter and practising, although not as often as he should, iaido. He's only ever been able to afford a bokken though and dreams of one day owning a live blade.

Description: He is 5.25 foot tall, with a somewhat slim body. Blue eyes, light brown hair.
Bio: Enrico is the son of a farmer and a seamstress. His parents managed to rise from farmhand and tailor helper to farmer and dressmaker with their own farm and dress shop and wanted to launch their only son into the shiny upper classes. So when Enrico turned 18 they shipped him to a prestigious university in order to study mathematics and become a venerable "doctor".
Enrico's parents struggled to give him an education, and somehow they managed to do a better work than most country schools.
However, the university proved to be more difficult than expected, and the expenses more harsh. So enrico had to find some economic aid and tried various little, unsatisfactory jobs until one random autumn day, when the idea of cooking for a living literally steamed out of a potato stew.
Since then he try to balance between two life, the academic one made of parties&panties, sleepless nights and furious study, and the talented cook's one, made of asshole clients, asshole chefs, delicious delicacies and sleepless nights(yep).

Description: Has Flat-ish brown hair, short legs, long arms, and an irregularly large nose. He's tried to get it reduced, but every plastic surgeon so far has turned him down. He wears a Candy-Cane Striped suit at one job, and while he's a Clown, he wears a wig with it.
Bio: When Albert was young, he kept telling himself he would run away to the circus when he got the chance, which he did, quite early on in life. He became their best clown, and later earned enough money to buy a house. Once that happened, he knew he would have to take on another job. Seeing as he was around kids at the circus so often, he thought being a teacher would be a great opportunity for him.
WRONG.
He hates the job, but can't quit because the kids love him, and if he does, he won't be able to support himself. Same with the Clown job, he loves it, and can't quit. Over time, the jobs have seeped into his unconscious mind, Giving him a hatred for children, as well as confusion over what to say sometimes. Clumsiness is also a factor, as he's supposed to be clumsy in his circus job, but he just can't turn it off now.
At this point he's depressed, lonely, and out of options. If only there was SOMETHING he could do...

Bio: Sarah was always a perfectionist, so when she came to college everything had to be right. The classes she picked, the things she did, they all had to fit a pattern, they had to make sense. So when things started going awry and she couldn't fix them, she started panicking. In order to get away from the stress, she decided to go on a vacation. But that may have not been the best of ideas.

Description:Tall and fat. Scraggly-ass beard and sideburns. Wears brown, '80s style shorts with a white button-up shirt, a peaked cap and aviator goggles. On his feet are usually slippers and today is no exception.
Bio:Hydro is a cafe barista from Louisiana who is trying to acquire sufficient funds to launch a new country. He was born in Van Nuys, California to a middle class family. He spent most of his school career slacking off and dicking around, and somehow managed to bust his ass during his senior year to graduate at a charter high school in Nevada. He then moved to Louisiana to avoid going back to California. He is minorly experienced with bolt action rifles and machetes from using them during shooting trips with his father and massacring a closet door with his own hand-made blade.

Description: Long tangled black hair. Pale grey eyes, Tall and thin but deceptively strong and agile, A very instinctive person who will ignore glaring problems in favor of his own instincts.
Bio: Born into a poor family in inner city London he never had much. He was constantly bullied because hes clothes were old and damaged. He fell in with the wrong crowd looking for protection and discovered that he was fast with hes fists and even faster with a blade.
He soon became one of the top thugs in the small gang but one day after an ugly gang fight he found himself covered in blood standing over a young girl.
Horrified by what he'd done he turned himself in and was given a reduced sentence. He has just been released and is bouncing around the streets with no real purpose anymore.
It's been a fourteen hour flight so far, little turbulence and shitty service. Each of you are regretting having to ride coach, but the opportunities that await you are more than worth it. You just landed in Argentina.
HOW YOU ALL GOT ON SAID PLANE Yesterday, as you were getting ready to head home, your boss handed you an envelope. In it, was two thousand dollars in cash and a ticket to South-Africa with a stopover in Argentina. Coach, two-way. Before you could even open your mouth, he said "We need you to hand-deliver some very sensitive documents. If all goes as planned, you'll only be gone three days. The money is compensation for both the time you'll be out and for anything you need to do for your family."
You knew if you said no, there's be no reason to keep you around. Besides, you could really use the money. You aren't exactly their best and brightest at the institution, and you know that your sleep has affected your performance. Three days away could take off a lot of the stress. Maybe you can pick up a nice souvenir for your family. After some hesitation, you agree, and he gives you some instructions "This is what you'll be delivering," he said pulling out a large manilla envelope. You aren't to look at it until you reach Cape-Town. Inside, you will find instructions detailing where to find the drop-off as well as the disk containing the information you'll be delivering. Sound simple enough?"
With a nod, he shakes your hand. "Good. The plane leaves tomorrow afternoon..."
You've been saving money for a time-share somewhere for a long time. Keeping a number of sick and vacation days saved up just in case you find a cheap get-away so you can say goodbye to the smelly, terrible children you're surrounded with daily. Last time, you went to Australia and spent a day in a horrible shack in the wilderness. Man-eating ants attacked you, spiders and scorpions scared the living shit out of you, and it was generally a huge waste of money. The only thing you liked was the anonymity. Nobody knew you, you could do whatever you wanted... This time, you did a little research, and South-Africa's indigenous insects don't seem as aggressive. Purchasing the round-trip ticket, you slept soundly, awaiting the day when you'd get to (if only for a few days) escape the rabid children... Cape-Town would be that escape...
You weren't always the best chef in town. Not until you got a secret ingredient that's helped you compete... One made only in South-Africa. A special chili-oil that gives a flavor that is both as sweet as bell-pepper and spicy as a habenero chili. They're grown by a research institution in Cape-Town that studies plant-gene-splicing and other various biological-sciences. The oil isn't particularly expensive, as you have a friend who works at the institute who gives you a pretty sweet deal, provided that you're willing to stay and cook her dinner... You're about run out of your chili-oil, so yesterday, you bought a coach ticket to South-Africa to see your friend Isabella. She's the closest thing your has to a female companion... Maybe this time you'll reach first base...
Your vacation plans were hastily rushed through and poorly-planned. The issues in school have been causing your OCD to really affect your life for the worse. You can feel it. Every time you mess up, you get very frustrated at both the fact that you failed in the first place and feeling helpless to fix those mistakes. You were always so careful, planning each step of your life very thoroughly, which has helped you live very successfully. What this has also done, however, is make you very sensitive to failure. Depressed and agonized by every wrong move you make, you just want to get this vacation over with. You think that maybe some time away will help you get your affairs in order.
Your ticket arrived in the mail. Reading it, you frowned at the destination. South-Africa. This isn't what you planned. Letting out a long sigh you whimper, "I'll just have to make the best of it..." Pouring a glass of wine, you sit at her dinner table, still staring at the ticket...
You've spent most of his life dicking around from place to place. Meager successes propelling you from one home to another, causing you to room with family for most of your adult life. You had just started making a good salary as a barista, good enough to afford a small apartment and move your stuff in there. Still sparsely decorated and furnished, it feels really lonely. With the loneliness came thought, and with thought you felt that you could do a lot to help people if you could only find a group of people to lead... Life just felt like it was missing a few pretty large chunks. You'd heard of the struggles of the African peoples, and how those with money have rebuilt entire towns for displaced peoples. Maybe you could help them build better lives for themselves. After a few months pouring over these thoughts, You'd worked up the courage to buy a ticket to South-America. Maybe, with the five-hundred dollars you've saved up, you can do some good on that impoverished continent. For the first night in a long time, sleep couldn't evade you...
Drifting through the streets, trying to scrounge up enough to survive, isn't the best way fot you to stay out of trouble. After getting picked up for breaking and entering, this cell was your new home, until you're charged. You were so hungry that you were trying to steal donated food from a church in the dead of night when the cops rolled up and busted you. After being taken back to the jail you've tried to avoid for so long, you sobbed as you reflected on how this life had turned out. A murderer, vagabond, and now a thief you felt you had nothing to give this world. Feeling like you didn't want to be alive any more, but being more afraid of where you would go if you died...
You see a man in a black robe with a roman collar came walking down the hallway and stop in front of your cell. Looking down on you, he asks, "Do you wish to repent, my son?"
You wipe your eyes with your hands and nod. "What is it that you've done?" he asked.
After looking at the ground for along time, you respond, "I killed a girl. I stole from a church."
"I can't absolve you of those sins, my son."
"Wh-what? B-b-but you're supposed to help me repent!"
The man smiled wide. "Like I said, I can't absolve you of those sins. They are too egregious. Only the lord can absolve you, through penance."
With a confused and scared look you say, "Whatever I have to do, I'll do it! I just don't want to go to hell!"
The man looked Damien over and smiled slowly. He motioned to the police officers, "Let him go, we aren't pressing charges."
Wide eyed, you stare at the priest as the officer came over and opened the cell. You followed the priest outside. Once the doors to the precinct were shut behind you, the priest stopped. "Take this ticket. Go to South-Africa. There, you will be given your penance. The lord will show you the way." he said, as he handed you a small envelope.
"Thank you... I... I don't know what to say..."
"Thank you will do." And with that, he nodded, and walked off into the darkness of the night.
You turn the envelope over in your hands. Time to give penance a shot...
You just took off from the stop-over in Argentina. It is now half an hour into the flight. What is your character doing on the plane right now?
