Gift shop?

Ive been looking through the Nuclear Power Plant, and I couldn't fine a gift shop anywhere, I even shot through a guard block and all I found was an Armory (Which I don't know why its there) and got an entire squad killed, is there even a real gift shop?

There's a side room by the sign with a bunch of display cases which aren't terribly evocative, but that's the idea.
