Even here in The Puckered Sphinctor of Nowhere, the forecast for Saturday is -1C. In other words, by local standards we're about to go from "uncharacteristically warm" to "getting beat to death by this heat wave, what is going on holy crap".

Can't tell if it's the meteorologist or the weather that's drunk.

Up until the last 30 hours, it's been unseasonably warm here. Now all exposed water is frozen. Damn I'm glad I stayed up late feeding the fireplace yesterday.
