With the amount of hackers on vanilla, and duping not working in .6, there is absolutely nothing in favor of playing on the official hive.
I recommend Lingor / Private Chernarus hive to anyone willing to still try the mod these days.
This is one of the few games that actually was hurt by its popularity (not in terms of sales though)... and apperantly it recently got even worse.
But still going to low population servers is fine. Remember that since this became popular... Everyone is a bandit.
My brother offered to buy this for me... It looked boring, for me, since there wasn't too much to do, for me. I said to my bro "I wish they included a way to beat the server" and he told me that would be against the point of the game which is survival. Which is true but Zombies are so easy to avoid that surviving is actually quite easy.
Then he said that is why he is probably going to get WarZ when it comes out.
