Yes, so you can't just shoot him or her. But you can threaten the landlord if you ask to rent a room and don't like the price quoted.

Potentially off topic, but weren't there plans to make rent-free apartments a sleeper feature? I'm certainly not complaining, but I am a little curious as to why it was changed to the way it is now.

Edit: oh, nope. Looks like that function has been disabled. I honestly don't understand why, but hey, what can ya do. I've always said MyBB is better than SMF or phpBB, but everyone just goes with the flow.
