The city is generally your choice. Its simpler for you if its all in one city not scattered across 5 different ones.

What kind of limits are there on items?

What fitness levels do we have?

I meant that I added the city it takes place in.

You can't have something like a fully modified assault rifle, especially if you are a store clerk. Basically, stuff suited to your hobbies and profession.

Fitness levels: Nothing unreasonable, There's Weak, Normal, Fat, Strong, and anything in between Normal and the rest.

Updated the character list. I guess it's time for the people to do their own thing. It's 3:35 PM, and some sort of outbreak has started in Africa.
