The game ALLOWS you to go on murderous rampages, and the abundance of tools (and graphics) make them very fun.

But they are extremely easy - limited to nothing but timing two / three buttons - and in the end you are punished for killing too many foes. Not even civilians or bystanders. Foes.

So : Yes, and no. Mostly no.
