that was a luky dwarf. I had one dabbling surgeon fail so spectacularly that the patient skull flew a tile away from the table.

DF doesn't mold players into its image - DF merely selects those who were always ready for DF.

Minecraft UI is very simple. There's only so many ways you can implement "simple" without copying something. We also gonna complain that it uses WASD?

Do the world a favor and don't use Image Shack.

The next time you upload something to Image Shack set the image resize box to "Do not resize".

Looks like the game is 50% off until Sunday.

$6.49 Cdn - not too shabby, may have to pick it up!

OK, for 4.99 euros, I'm in. I'll keep the Let's Play on the demo version to not confuse matters, though. :)

i kinda like the strategic elements of this game, but the combat parts seem simple and uninteresting in the demo.. i think i'll wait for some more development on this before making a purchase decision.

I like the combat, it harkens back to MOO2 in many good ways.  Now if he changed the weapon controls to be the same as MOO2; off, on, standby; instead of just off and on I would much appreciate it.

I also agree with what was said before that smaller ships need to be able to be grouped up/made upgradable with continuing tech lines.

Picked this up at Desura...  seems to require me to download and install the Desura client?

Nope, you can also get it directly from another link.

From the game page, click 'Connect', make an account with the actual makers, and the download link is available from their website.
