Or maybe that too many actions are getting drowned out. We NEED AN OOC THREAD.

Just glancing back causes me to see that most of the clutter is actions.  An ooc thread wouldn't help that much.

I think we must stop posting actions for a while and let the GM update.
We are overwhelming him with actions
Might be what is taking him this long to update.

Well, I'm working on the next turn now. It'll probably take me a few hours, based on the last two and the mini turn/spoiler update. It's currently early evening for me, so I'm not likely to run out of time or anything.

I think the people playing may have forgot that this is a turn-based game, not a semi-freeform game.

This, a little bit. Looking back through the pages (I have pages 5-11 (standard post count) open in tabs) most of it is the backlog of creative actions that didn't get processed in turn 2 (because there was just to much going on), some of which people have revised, updated and reposed (which is a good thing). There's also a fair few "I do this!", "I oppose them doing this!" type actions. At the end of the day, the only real problem is that this thread is pretty popular, with a lot of very active players.... hmm, that sounds like a good thing when I say it out loud. But yes, this is turn based, despite how free I've been with allowing multiple actions during the age of creation.

Go to the largest city of each race and release a pack of monsters that will form their fears.
The joke's on you, most don't have cities yet!
Do any? I only noticed the ravenous chaos-spawn and cluster creatures, and I don't even know what cluster creatures are.
I think they're those draconic races I created.

No draconic races have yet been created, but that action will be attempted this turn. The Cluster Dwellers are the product of the Life Energy sprayed out across the universe in turn 2 by the crystal avatar, some of which settled in the warm gaps between the Giant Burning Spheres of the Cluster of Giant Burning Spheres. In the last (mini) turn they almost died out, but evolved to devour Heat, consuming 7 of the Giant Burning Spheres. Only the Horrifying Madness Creatures on the outside of the Temporal Prison have cities, formed from the bodies of their weaker members. Anyway, working on the turn now.

or maybe Valve goes out of business because they invested too heavily in something which then fails - like, say, human civilization.
Alternatively, initiate strife to refuse additional baked goods, and then abscond.

Could you replace all actions I do to the cluster dwellers with actions done to the draconic race(s) I create? I'll edit my action.

I kinda like how the only cities are built with my creation as a foundation.

What do the HMC's even look like?

That's analogous to saying a creature looks like an ectotherm.

Well, every single one takes on a different form, but they just look like something which would make you fear the night
