  And that's what that GIF was from? 'Kurumi'? I typed in something along the lines of 'evil laugh' on google. I'll add it to my list of anime to watch. Thanks!

Ah, the girl's name is Kurumi. It's from the anime "Date a Live".

Now that we know your circumstances I think they'll wait an extra bit for the piece of art.
