For what it's worth, though, that is something I believe the devs are working on.

Can I hook a shopping cart (like a trailer) up to another vehicle? If so, how?

No.

What you can do is disassemble the cart, carry a hacksaw, wrench, welding mask, and welding tool (welder, makeshift welder, or integrated toolkit cbm) along with the parts in the car, and then assemble your own cart on site. Takes a few minutes, but if you're loading up a mobile base or looting a section of town to take back to a stationary base, it will save a lot of time in the long run carrying loot back to your main vehicle.

I usually prefer to just carry the welding mask and integrated toolkit and rip out two frames from a busted car on site to weld into a frame and box. I don't know if not having wheels makes it harder to drag (and apparently attaching a standard car tire doesn't count), but I rarely fill the box up when I'm loading it for hauling so it's no biggie.

Just wanted you guys to know that I had a random crash. Stepped outside the evac shelter in the rain to investigate some noise and immediate CTD. No errors or debugs or anything.

Oh well, I'm enjoying the game. Actually started playing about a year ago, and occasionally go to this thread to read it. No idea if this bug is known or not.

A) Kinda the wrong place to report. Bug reports belong on the tracker or the official forums.
B) Without a save, that's almost a pointless report, due to the lack of info.

Oh, sorry. I'll go see if the save is still there, and if so go put it on the tracker.

Edit: Oh well, it seems to have been deleted, as I didn't save at all before it crashed. At least that seems to be what happened.

Alright, so what's some of the new clothing flags?  Like "lies close to the skin" and "works well wet" and such?

EDIT: And also, does farming work more properly now?

I've always wondered about that...

On the clothing flags, the best idea I can come up with is that those that 'lie close to the skin' either aren't targeted much as the armor on the layering '+' menu or...take less encumberance space to fill up. (I noticed that 2 unfitted "0" enc clothing = 1 when both worn, so perhaps clothing that 'lies close to the skin' can be layered without any penalty to encumberance, or at least a less significant penalty?)

I got farming to work as of... Nov 27th's build. If you hoe a patch of dirt it will let you place seeds in it (but doesn't have a menu to choose, so drop all the seeds you don't want to plant right now), which then take about a season and a half to grow (you can accelerate this by making plant food from... chitin powder and bone powder I think, one fertilizing per plant). Once the plants are mature, they'll eventually bear fruit you can harvest the same as any wild plant, and you'll have to wait a year to plant the next crop. So make sure you'll have preservation facilities ready by the time your crops mature, or they'll go to waste.

So if baseless speculation is all we have, we might as well treat it like fact.

Wow, in that case you'll need pretty MASSIVE farmland to sustain yourself...

Yeah it's certainly not subsistence farming, but you can get a pretty good crop of sugar and compote if you're diligent in the early spring.

How do you unload a Masterkey shotgun? I can't 'U' with it attached to a gun and it doesn't allow 'U' on its own (either via 'i' or weilding it first).
