OHMAGERD TWO SLOGS
THEY'RE MULTIPLYING
...?

I love the immense transitions you do, freeform.
YOU GUYS

SLOG HAS ENOUGH ROOM TO EQUIP THE BARTERING RAM

WEAPONS FOR EVERYONE!

Slog equips Bartering Ram

Through the door!

Also hooray, the checkpoint didn't use a charge!
+1

Wear Slog on head, head through door.
Take that as you wish.
-1, we want to look our best. Would Cain trust us if we looked like an idiot?

Al and Cherish Second Shift, wield as weapons (Cherish store Pence and Bottle in bag to perform necessary inventory shuffling)
-1 for now. Doesn't that cost Soul Charge?

HMR stands for Hazardous Materials Requisition, not Horrible Massive Ruination, though I can understand how one could get confused.
God help us if we have to agree on pizza toppings at some point. There will be no survivors.

The Drop
circuitrix is bad at his/her job.
Why would you Rhyme 'drop' with itself three times?

Cain seems like a manipulative character. Now that you bring it up, I think looking like an idiot may be useful for making him underestimate how likely we are to see through any tricks he pulls.

Poets occasionally end lines with the same word repeatedly. It emphasizes the importance of the word or something.

Cain seems like a manipulative character. Now that you bring it up, I think looking like an idiot may be useful for making him underestimate how likely we are to see through any tricks he pulls.
There is a difference between "useful idiot" and "stupid idiot". The latter is both destructive to any plans and what someone wearing a slime as a hat would look like.

Just having a slime in the party is probably enough to make us look a bit idiotic.

Shifting itself? No, or at least not that we've noticed.

The Astral Influx Second Shift abilities cost Soul Charge, but deal Holy damage. Something tells me Cain is Dark type, so the static Holy damage should be super effective. The only reason I don't propose immediately shifting the Astral Influx is that it's hard to be taken as potentially peaceful if you come in wielding a weapon of Cain-slaying.

Neither Al nor Cherish's abilities cost Soul Charge; quite frankly we're not exactly what the secondary abilities do, but they're probably really good and should be available in the event of a Boss Fight.

CHERISH!SWITCH YOUR STAR WITH THE FAIRY! THOSE BAGS ARE FLAMMABLE!
(slog has Frizz and Cain can reflect it)

Also if Slog eats things and gains sentience, then he could potentially eat the fairy.

I wonder if Slog would eat a fairy. Since he's probably not smart enough to notice its cries for mercy. Might be something to keep in mind if we ever need to activate his King Slime form.

-1 to second shifting stars. They deal the same amount of damage as attacking with bare hands, and take up too much inventory space.

Run back to Oric quickly and buy an anti-anti-magic potion.
I cannot stress enough how much Cain will pay for one of those.

I'm in FAVOR of second shifting the stars! They're hella useful, we can always shrink them back down when we actually FIND more loot, Al's lets him attack from Medium Range and Cherish deals Earth Damage. Our scan of Al suggests he absorbs Earth Damage. Can anyone say Free Healing?

Oops. Sorry, misinterpreted the 'don't come in with shifted Astral Influx' bit. Editing out.
