Also, Yaos might soon become Illborn if the red number hits his Soul Charge

Not necesarily, his soul-charge might have been heightened by having to suffer because of his crystal-stuff and pretty much being clueless and alone in a dungeon. Since Ciro alevates and or helps with said problems, it would make sense that Yaos' Sould-charge - speak mental stress - gets lower.

Since when is Soul Charge mental stress? I thought we pretty much tied down that it's a level of how close/far a character is from being Illborn.
also how strong the soul is(relatively), and how strong it will be during SPIRIT DUEL!!

Oh, hey, we need to return to the electric puzzle and arrange the pieces as seen left of the chest.

Let the pawn-pushing commence!

That's the biggest loot we've seen. It's been the driving force of this adventure from back when she was a he. Comon, epics!

And then, they will be weaponized. Like everything in this game, from kittens to babies, everything is a potential device of murder.
So if baseless speculation is all we have, we might as well treat it like fact.

Ciro went into Oversoul when some guy was killed or something. I forget. Anyhow, Soul Charge is built up by slaying nonIllborn or taumatic experiences. Stess could count as such.
Illborn, I suspect, only feel one emotion: Coolness for Cool Crab, blorble for Slog, etc.

I wouldn't say they are limited to one emotion; but seem to be driven by a single emotion more than others

+1 to this, but could the colors make a difference? That's still something to consider.

Hey, Yaos has blue gems, and Ciro's SP is only 2/6, shouldn't we use some of those?

Can someone refresh me on what exactly do the gems do and when were they used? I only vaguely remember blue ones, but not purple or red.

I don't think we now that.
I assume red heals HP, and that purple (or rather violet) heals both.

Yeah, we've only seen the blue ones, and the blue ones seem to be some sort of mini-SP-potions. It's a bit unclear, really.

I think they replace SP or something.

I think you use a gem instead of SP, and it is consumed in the process.

Also, the result seems random for the bottom-right corner of his Soul Star.

ALRIGHT, IT'S BLOCK-PUSHIN' TIME. You consider the ways one might align the pawns, realizing it's incredibly unlikely that you could move them out from the edge once they're placed there (this is universal to all push block puzzles).

Blue south 1
Blue west 1
Yellow west 1
green west 1
green south 1
grey south 1

Seems pretty straight forward.
