(Suggestions for FFS. Questions to players).
I'm sorry but you all seem to have forgotten about the wonderful thing I call a save point. Why don't we
restore our save files first, which will fully heal Ciro and, possibly, the missing party members, and only
LATER restore Slog with potion? This way we can practically bloodshape this ladder until we get 20, if we wish so - save point will restore all the blood loss.
Until I hear any counter-arguments,
veto on healing Slog before restoring save.
Oh, and this all we do
before scanning Chief. Just because I'm paranoid.

Following action will most likely depend on whether or not save point still remembers all the others. If it does, we better not save, as it is our only contact with party and free help for them. If it doesn't, we probably should save there at full health once and for all. After that if we can get to the market, we are practically safe.
Also, why don't we buy another health potion? It's five pence, people, maybe we're broke at the moment, but we can afford life of our main character, you know. Also, if we can save, saving at full health would, again, prevent a lot of trouble.
Are you sure sniper rifle isn't really going to work? FFS, how long is exactly "long"? And how long is "medium"? Either way, Ciro should still have something ranged. He is a mage, not a Space Marine. Unfortunately, Swordflailchainlamps are really not his profile anymore. Unless they have medium or long range. And they might, considering their length.
Oh, and I'm for using bloodladder. It's a lot more practical (and less hard work) than going around the Underworld blindly on a wild goose chase in company of one half-dead sniper-mage and one clinically dead gooshield-mage. And we really need someone to tank before doing anything else. Right now, we're in constant state of danger. I mean, even a worse one than before.
Scanning Chief is good though. I am really curious too. Though I would try to heal first anyway, just in case.
And after we finish all of that... You know I'm really interested in what was in this tube to the left at which we arrived in the first chapter. Levitation?
Also, after healing, let's try to cast our two other spells on Ciro. It's not like we need to worry about SP now, and we really need to know what they do.
The last Illborn theory is really good, but it lacks one important moment - those who I call yandereborn, this little spiderlike Riltias we saw in the Underworld and near transformed Riltia. As I remember but don't want to look up, they were actually in the pit Riltia was sitting in, which suggests they were born right there. Then again, Riltia lost her soul, so they might have been parts of her... Either way, it complicates everything.
As of now we saw the next Illborn:
- Spiders. Couldn't talk, just killed them. Attacked Al at sight.
- Yandereborn. Don't really remember about them much except that they were near Riltia and siblings killed them.
- Cool Crab. Didn't attack anyone, could talk, was somewhat intelligent, tamed by Illborn Exchange (and only then did I understand he was an Illborn).
- Slog. Doesn't seem to (doesn't want to?) talk, but somewhat intelligent. Intelligent enough to understand what is going on (most of the time) and to join mercenaries. Despite everything, loves Al (as in ON SHIPPING GRID), not even once attacked anyone without our orders, really, the most harmless Illborn we have seen so far. Naturally, he's our tank at the moment.
- Flames. Can talk but try to hide it (really, when I first saw update with a flame, I thought the catch was that it could talk). Or is it Proxxy somehow? Then she somehow managed to hide her speaking quirk, it seems. Being violent or non-violent not confirmed - we either attacked them on sight or scared them until they ran away. Also, seem to serve Proxxy, in the first example of Illborn helping siblings.
This all doesn't add up really well. Could Illborn be somewhat of a catch-all term for any monster in the dungeon? Either way, it seems they're really diverse.

Why don't we argue about that? It seems to be a pretty big hint.
Well, if you're true about the mercenaries, then it means that if we get the healer she should too have the biggest hearts with anyone on the shipping grid.
Either that, or Slog feels genuine love to everyone but Al, and yandere emotions to Al.

I have a new One True... Trining, I guess? AlXAlXSlog. Because there's nothing more hipster than homosexual narcissistic polygamic relationship with zoophilia undertones (the last depend much on what Illborn are and how intelligent Slog is).
Also, while I haven't used it... Umineko coloured theory system looks really useful. Why don't we adopt it? It will save us a lot of words and also help to organise our thoughts by separating types of evidence. Almost like scientists.
It's pretty easy. Just when you type, sometimes colour things you say according to what it is. I also suggest we change the system a bit for our convenience
Red colour means subjective truth. I suggest we use it for things that are said by characters and we're pretty sure is truth. Red truths are subjects to "exact words" and they're not always sensible. But they're, most likely, truth. Because of the nature of the game, it is not possible to tell whether anyone is lying, so we use it if we're not sure it's truth. Because we don't really have another choice and developing a new colour seems redundant. You may add if you think that Red seems untrustworthy, though.
Gold/Yellow colour means objective truth. In Umineko it was premise truth, something that is true because otherwise there wouldn't be game. I don't think we'll use it much I suggest we use it is things we saw with our own eyes. They must be written true in every possible interpretation of the statement, or the player isn't doing his job right. That is, gold is pictures-and-actions->words. That is, when we can't just use quotations.
Green colour means stuff from beyond the fourth wall. It includes Word of FFS, interesting coincidences and generally the stuff character shouldn't really know about, but we do.
Purple colour means logical deduction, second-rate truth. It is truth if other colours it depends on are present.
Black colour means anything that doesn't fit in any other colours, obviously.
And, finally, blue colour means theories. The stuff in here is what you figured out. It is either to be countered by other colours or given to FFS.
What do you think? Again, I'm not certain if system will work well. I didn't even use it before. I just kinda want to help organise this arguments. If it is needed, of course. And I really like this system.
And, of course, use of coloured truths is not mandatory. It's just a neat little thing to help others figure out what you're trying to say.
Also, suggestions and opinions are accepted, of course.
