I am for checking Proxxy's room (for both her and the status of the stairs) and the Arena.  It's unlikely she's even in there however, since we (as Cherish) originally found her in a totally different area.

The Asynchrony Catalyst has two sets of {x,y} slots. It probably swaps rooms around or something

Second Shift could have helped. Tossing those purple gems probably could have done something.

KILLING HIM! Would have stopped his timer.

I wonder if we were meant to transfer our charge to him somehow. As one other poiinted out before, Insolvent referrs to someone incapable of paying back their debts

If I remember correctly, we needed to give him Soul Charge. Of course, at the time we thought we could only do that in Oversoul mode, so we were basically completely screwed.

Just realised something - no rolls in Tactical Combat. We could have used our spells all the way through.
Ah well, might as well do some brief theorycrafting.

Good theory, but you might need some evidence.

Theory 1 might be right, but say its theory 2. There's a limit to how much soul charge you can get before you go over soul. And it seems like you use up most of your soul charge by the time you're out of over soul. So oric might be able to get some soul charge from killing Cairo eventually, but even if he got a ton then he would go over soul and use it up, if he isn't over soul all the time.

I doubt that Theory 1 is correct for the simple reason that FFS would probably want to keep something like that as a plot twist. If it was confirmed correct, that would spoil everything.

(Guard: 5+2, 3) (Guard: 6+2, 4) (Guard: 20! Critical success!) Cherish and Al flub their Guard rolls, but your air acrobatics woo the crowd. You land hand-first without so much as spraining your arms!

So...Odds of Ripriver being Ecco somehow or another?

Ciro: Notice Al is holding the Astral Influx. Also, check menus of the purplish bottle of liquid we're carrying.

Also, look in the upper right corner of the first page (Not including header). We've been spotted.

He won't go in Active.  We tried it.

Also, check menus of the purplish bottle of liquid we're carrying.

Pretty sure that's just an odd-background SP potion.
