We are the Aberration. Because of the tampering with the cycles, Target has quite a bit of inconsistencies ; which those who have been tampering with the cycles which to exploit in order to possibly overthrow Oric. And maybe do something with the OS. that involves ultimate power over everything.

I think the update might come soon.(a week or two perhaps), due to FFS' most likely having less pressure from classes during the summertime.
