Well, this is great. No way we can pull off an inner choke like this. My only suggestion is:
-Olison -> Rescue Tant
-Ami -> 12,6 + Heal Tant or Olison
-Derick -> 11,5 + Attack(?) OR Stay Put at 12,5
-Gregor -> Vulnerary

EDIT: Wait, frig, you can't take an action after healing can you. Revised.

Can I use my vulnerary while rescued? Or do I need to get on my own two feet for that? Not that it likely matters.

Charlotte can't reach the mage. We can kill the soldier, but since you're doing 1HP shy of the damage needed to one hit him now, I would have to shoot him first.

Well with Tantallos healed I'm liable to be shot by a fireball next turn, so either you can shore up the south entrance or heal Olison. But then again you're pretty low yourself, so healing up is a good option too.

I would like Charlotte to go to 13.6 if she attacks the soldier so I could get my Skirt Chaser bonus while attacking the Myrmidon.

Since the soldier isn't very dangerous at the moment (1HP damage to Gregor), and the Mage can only attack one of us, perhaps Gregor and Charlotte should just heal and continue the fight next turn.

13.6 is one up and one right of you character, there's no enemy units in the way.
It's also three tiles away from the entrance to the room I am in so I would get the bonus even though we probably wouldn't be able to see each other.
And I would very much like that +10 to Dodge and Hit right now.

First off, block those entrances. Second, get rid of the enemies inside, I don't care how, even if you have to face a a weapon triangle on the receiving end.

So, Charlottle should shoot the soldier, then Gregor finishes him off. Meanwhile Deric should cut off the soldier at the west entrance from getting in. Daniel... Should just hope that myrmidon doesn't crit. Chris and Taki need to fall back, Seyena should just run across the river for a turn or so for now.
