Yes, currently there are no settlements in the 'North'.

Yes, you had a chance to chat with him, but he was going to die anyway.

None were missed. There was actually one official bonus chapter, and I think there will be one more at most.

It's the only one as far as all lore goes. There are some few unihabited islands in few directions, but nothing even moderately large.

I wish I had taken it further, but it seemed like Seyena and Charlotte were both busy cruising on the Ships.
