It's kind of standard practice for a DUEL-based game that no matter what happens for mechanics, the duelers each illustrate.

That seems like a bit of a pain when the rollers aren't the duelers. What, does the roller post the turn and let the duelers illustrate it before posting a turn?

If you want to go by Roll to DUEL, the process is generally:

-Roller combatant (you or Jbg - use invisiblecastle if you want to verify roll integrity) rolls stuff
-You present the results of the roll to the other combatant and then each work on illustrating parts of it

If you want to go by more standard DUEL formatting:

-Roller combatant rolls stuff
-Roller combatant then illustrates stuff and posts

Of course, if you're doing a non-illustrated DUEL, this ain't a problem.
