It would be simple to eat "happiness"
cause a bad thought from seeing the creature. have some trigger that fills the creature's hunger bar when dwarves dorfs get said bad thought :D

Hell, that's actually possible to use DFhack to cause, sorta. There are some weird thought things, but it's... viable.

You could do something similar to what were talking about with happiness, but have it only affect creatures that don't have [NOFEAR].

On a side note, the SCP mod could do with some driven-to-madness interactions.

Also, [EAT_SPECIAL:INORGANIC:CANDY], [CURIOUSBEAST_EATER]. Good times.
