Looking for something like Runesmith

Hey guys, sorry if this is in the wrong spot but I am looking for something that is similar to the old tool runesmith or dwarf companion (http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=59056.0). It allowed you to view and edit all of your dwarfs info (skills, attributes, etc). I looked around a bit but to be honest I am overwhelmed by all of the information here and would very much appreciate some help. I know you can use DFHack to go in an edit these values directly but I am looking for something a little less time consuming. Thanks!
