No, it means that a 1 to four is gold, 5-9 is green, 10 to 14 is grey, and 15 to 19 is blue.

I think thats grey.
1:Gold means that if it's a one or above, it's gold. But if it's a five or higher, since it says 5:Green, it's green. The colons aren't seperators. They're indicators.

No. It's blue. If we had rolled a fifteen, it likely would have been between. But we didn't. It's not a scale. Gold does not meld into green into grey into blue into glowing purple.

I apologize then. I have always thought these where SCALES. because they always seem to be SCALES. or at least THE CLOSEST THING. So I AM SORRY.
