Someone submit more forgotten beasts. I think this has moved from contest to just post-em-and-someone-will-draw it.

Technically a demon but if anyone wants to draw it:
"Tuthid Hauntsgiles was a slate gray brute. She was the only one of her kind. A huge one-eyed gila monster twisted into humanoid form. It has a gaunt appearance. Its slate gray scales are small and set far apart. Beware its poisonous bite! Tuthid was associated with misery."
