Final Vote Count For Day 6

(0)Griffion -
(2)Deathsword - Notquitethere, Birdy51
(0)Notquitethere -
(3)Birdy51 - Griffinpup, Deathsword, Griffinpup

(0)Not Voting:

"No, no, no, no!!  What the hell are you thinking Deathsword-san??"  Screamed a deranged Birdy-san like a bird.

"There could have been winners, like me and you and everybody!"

The recently emptying classroom has grown barren.  Teachers are overstaffed and lately were being laid off.  Then again, with a school that only had 16 students enrolled there was only need for a couple teachers at most.

A stone statue of an man steps into the classroom at that moment, it was Birdy's Father.

"Birdy, accept your loses, we'll have our chance next time..."

Nerjin nods reluctantly and grabs onto her father's leg, uninterruptedly wings sprout from his back and he jumps onto the roof from Thug-kun's hole.

"Remember what I told you to say at this part!"  Ordered her father.

At the same time they boast, "THIS GAME WAS UNBALANCED AND THE MOD IS A HAAAAAAACK" as they begin their journey towards the horizon.

Childhood Friend-san (mafia girl) has been expelled!  House 6 has been evicted!  The yarn ball was lost in oblivion...

Griffinpup as Bishie Rival-kun (town boy) has fulfilled their victory condition and won!
Deathsword as Moe-tan (third-party girl) can no longer win and therefore has lost!
Notquitethere as Quiet Glasses Reading-san (third-party girl) can no longer win and therefore has lost!

After reading that night flavour, 98 percent of my brain matter rotted away and the rest came alive and escaped through my ear. Thanks a lot, Toony.

Some criticism:

Make the third-party more pro-town or actually town to shun scum from claiming.
Make third-party wincons more varied.
Have roles that were actually involved around you know, lovers...

So wait, was I town-aligned at the end or not?  It would have changed my day play (though I still would have gotten eaten.)

I think the game was really biased towards the mafia, so it's odd that the town won.  The basic problem is that the pro-town third party players weren't really pro-town enough, which meant that the majority of voters at any given point in the game were either anti-town (mafia members), completely indifferent (Toaster, Tiruin) or mostly indifferent as long as they avoided lynching town boys (everyone else).  This made effective scumhunting extremely difficult.

I can see the idea was to have a small town faction and lots of town assistants, but I think the town assistants weren't pro-town enough, particularly in that they could not lynch the last mafia member.  If the third parties could endgame win providing a town boy was still alive then I think the game would've been a lot more balanced, and would've still had the "there's a chance of betrayal" element.

It was a decision I never ended up making.  I only had the thought because I was afraid the mafia would win too quickly (which I felt was quite true during like, Day 2) and needed a semblance of balance.

EDIT:
Another idea I had when the game had already started was having every player be a lover tied with someone else.  That would mean when somebody died another player would as well, but with 16 players it could still work as a game (basically being 8 players).

The main mechanic I had in mind was the house movement during the night.  It's something I've thought of for a while and wanted to use it for a game at some point.  It never really became a huge point in this game though.

Well, at least mafia didn't win after every member claiming.  :o  That was actually what I liked the least about this game.  It kind of lost the essence of mafia, and that's attempting to find out who the mafia actually are.

But good game everyone, and I'm obviously new and not very good, so any suggestions are definitely welcome.

There was no reason at all for ZU to claim.  Birdy should've voted for No Lynch really.

In all fairness, I should hope my own claim had some logical basis behind it. I assumed I was someone who needed to be kept around, since I suddenly became vital to the Third-Parties winning.

Then my pride got in the way... And I burned some bridges due to getting a bit hot headed. That's truly what screwed me over in the end, along with Deathsword's unwillingness to trust me. Looking back, I can't really blame him too much.

I laughed over the Space Cosmonaut-san's images.  Just going from all of the dark shots of houses and whatnot and then suddenly JUPITER made me chuckle.

Kind of. I guess that means just the Fate route? That's the poorest one though!
If by poorest you mean "least bat-shit insane" then sure.

It's pretty much the adventures of Saber and her cook.

e: her very uninteresting cook.

Deathsword should have been playing closer to his win con... there's no accounting for other players. In general I liked this game. The choice of house each night gave most players the fun of investigation and the pictures added to the feel. I would play another Toony game.
