Does anybody feel like getting a grand Heroes III game going?
Step 1: Download Tunngle.
Step 2: donload Heroes of Might and Magic III
Step 3: Organize games.
Step 4: Have just as much fun now as when it just came out.
Yes.

I've only ever played 2 and 3, and those were "limited" experiences.  My problem with 3 was I don't remember it having a "skirmish" or "scenario" mode, but it had to have.  Also didn't play it until just a few years ago.

2 on the other hand, I got from a demo-CD (remember those?) when I was a kid.  The demo allowed you to play one scenario map, and I must have played it at least a hundred times over the course of several years.  I adored that game, no matter how much I sucked at it, and I probably turned my nose up at 3 just because it wasn't exactly the same.

3 has either campaign mode, or single scenario.

Single scenario can either be a pre-made map, or a randomly generated one.
