Everyone else has high meters and I believe I have the lowest. How much stress did I get from the last turn?

Dragons: +5 each time

Humans: increases and decreases by state of emotion, which has a different emotional cues depending upon the power the human has.

That's what I'm going for. Actually, I just based this turn's off of 'how well things went/how pleased you are'.

Your people did not please you.

For a telepath, though, probably a social state of mind.

For dragons, I thought it was +10% of current(rounding up since it's .5)

It really needs to be a +5, because it would literally take forever to get back up if you got a unlucky roll for your charge level after usage.

After the power reaches past a certain point (80 for dragons and 90 for humans), the power is able to be used multiple times, with bonuses for points after the point.

A 1d50 is then used to determine the level of power remaining.
