She only directly does the high-level dungeons; it's a certain cult of her followers and some of her divine minions who do the rest. It's not every single one on in the universe, but just the ones that have Fate attached. Or something significant, but I'm repeating myself there.

I think you guys would like soulsteel weapons; good-quality ones totally ignore non-living material. Their only drawback, aside from "they need a lot of souls to make even one low-quality weapon" is the fact that it deals damage in the following round, not when you'd expect it to do damage.

By the way, the usual way of making it is to bury a bunch of steel where you're gonna put a cemetery, and then wait for it to fill up. It can be made other ways, though.
