If I knew how to make cinematics and actually made them, I guess it would make this a top-tier RP right from the get go.
Sadly, that is not the case.

And you may actually find former demon summoners, BUT because they've lost their knowledge (and lacked a way to regain it) they won't do much good.
For now.

Is character submission closed?
If not reserved. I'm trying to cook up a character now.

Ivan
Charmeleon
Male (if applicable)

Living: (living or demonic)

Characteristics:Those who get to know him would describe him as a jolly fellow around friends. However, he tends to act fairly reserved in public. He doesn’t do well under pressure, but knows when to stand his ground. Has an intense hatred of Rock and Dragon  types, but isn’t very confrontational so its hardly ever an issue.
(1-2 paragraphs)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Appearance:A bit fat for a Charmeleon. He carries a pouch full of documents unique markings etc.

Moves:Bellydrum
Substitute
Firepunch
Thunder Punch
Dragon Claw

Ability:Blaze

Other things that may-or-may-not-be-important: (what else have you)
I'm really sorry if history is to grimdark/edgy/riddled with grammar and spelling mistakes/doesn't fit the setting. I'll edit it when I get a better grasp of the world.

EDIT: Sorry for double post.

Signups are open at all times, but if you apply mid-game, you may not join the playing group instantly.
And the story is fine, and given the story I'm cooking up it's not really that grimdark comparing to everything else.

...
Well, demons and sacrifice beat forced labor in my opinion.

But I guess that's kinda subjective.

Question; what do demons gain by getting souls beyond the first?

He immediately begins to beavergoat the man quite thoroughly! At the very beginning, the man is mystified by James' actions, but his face quickly becomes a mask of horror when the procedure starts!

"OH GODS WHY? WHYYY?"

After a twenty minute session, the man is left white as a sheet, hairless and completely and utterly dead. James congratulates himself on a job well done!

Their knowledge, their powers, or minions. (unless the soul in question was an alpha demon)
Basically you "stack" the abilities.

Alright. The omega demon is going to be crazy powerful, isn't he. :/

So, how's the IC thread going?

Yeah, omega demons are the baddiest and most powerful around.
To give you an idea, they make most legendaries look pale. (kinda literally when you think about it)

As for IC thread...
It's going alright, but I won't be able to finish it today. (Mother's Day and all that...)

I'm at ~80% if I were to guess, but don't quote me on that.

One last question(I hope.) Will mortals have any chance of fighting off demons? You said earlier that they were transparent; what weapons or abilities would actually effect them?
